Quitting Smoking and Losing Weight – Changing Mindset To Transforming Life
Hi AJ I want to share two of my success stories with you ……
1. I Quit Smoking
Hi AJ this is Aryan, today I am going to share my story ‘how I Quit smoking.’
I was a chain smoker I use to smoke 8-10 cigarettes early morning empty stomach and in the entire day, I use to smoke 6-7 packets of big size cigarettes. I was madly addicted to it, slowly and gradually my health condition started to damage, my immunity system and health deteriorated, then I decided to quit smoking but it was not easy for me to smoke for 1 month. I started taking fewer cigarettes but still, I couldn’t quit. It took long 3-4 months and with continuous effort and positive thinking, today I am a smoking free person from last two years I haven’t smoke and I am leading healthy life today. This happened because I was preparing my mind every day to quit smoking and these things I believe was captured by my subconscious mind which helped me to quit.
2. Weight Loss and Becoming Fit
Hi AJ am going to share my second story of weight loss as I shared with you in my previous story “How I quit smoking as I was a chain smoker.” After I quit smoking I become a foodie and my eating capacity increased that time & I gained 91 kg weight. My friends and family were upset by seeing my health and were giving me several tips to lose weight but I use to listen and then use to follow my rules for eating a lot. Suddenly I realized “No, I should reduce my weight” but it was not an easy task but not tough also. First of all, I started training my mind that I have to reduce weight after a month or two I joined a gym and started to work out with full focus and reduced my diet. And I did it and in One and Half month I reduced 15 kg weight. Earlier my weight was 91 now it’s 75 something kg.
