STAY MOTIVATED:
In Stay Positive Stay Strong Program, today’s lesson is on the importance of Motivation in life. People learn about the Law of Attraction, Success Philosophy and other positive life lessons but unable to practice them. This is primarily because they fail to stay motivated and pursue a positive lifestyle.
We have developed a structure in the last 19 days to follow. Tons of powerful concepts, tools and strategies are given so that you stay motivated, positive and strong. We assume that you must have been following them. However, we feel a great need to reiterate this concept once again so that you will not deviate from your path to self-development and growth.
In general, motivation is your willingness to do something. Your emotions guide you to take action. It is very much necessary to have clear and positive goals in life to move in the right direction. If you lead by negative emotions like fear, greed, jealousy, anger, and resentment you take action that manifests bad things, people and situations in your life.
Therefore, learning to stay motivated driven by a strong sense of positive and personal achievement is most important.
However, many people struggle to feel motivated and waste a lot of time and energy in unproductive things. Here are three major reasons for losing motivation:
- Lack of Confidence, Faith, and Belief
- Lack of Focus
- Lack of Direction
In this video, the above points are explained in detail. You must watch this video before you proceed.
People start working on their goals with high motivation. But lose momentum over time and goals are replaced with less important things in life. If this happens to you very often then you must prepare yourself for some daily rituals that sustain your momentum.
We have shared WINNING MORNING RITUALS on Day #12. You must follow it.
