STAY POSITIVE STAY STRONG Day 16

BELIEVE IN YOUR DREAMS

Stay Positive Stay Strong Program started two weeks back and we have come a long way in this journey. Along the way, we are learned many powerful tools and strategies. And in the next few days, we will touch upon the core concepts of self-development and success philosophy.

Yesterday on Day #15, we learned one of the most powerful concepts: A Peaceful Mind. Similarly, today and in the next few days, we will touch upon some powerful concepts.

Humans are unique and so their dreams. That is why our history is full of extraordinary stories of triumphs. People like you and me have created extraordinary success for themselves, for their family, for their companies, for their society and country and for the world.

This is possible irrespective of their religion, sex, race, and nationality. However, all of them have big dreams and they believed in their dreams.

People confuse their dreams with wishful thinking. They fail to believe in their dreams. Unable to imagine that their dreams can come true.

On the contrary, successful people always believe in their dreams and they fuel it with:

Successful people have a positive and strong mindset that believes in the power of their dreams. However, there are tons of people fail to dreams big and believe they can achieve their dreams. There are many reasons but here are some important ones:

  • Limiting belief
  • Negative attitude
  • Lack of courage and ambition
  • Fear of failure
  • Lack of planning and action
  • Negative habits like procrastination, laziness etc.

It takes no guts to find what is wrong. Because what’s wrong is available everywhere. Finding what is right is really difficult and it demands a lot of sincerity, intelligence, focus, and consistency.

So the first step is to believe you can achieve your dreams. 

Activity No #1: TURN DREAMS INTO REALITY

This is a very powerful activity in the dream achievement process. The objective of this activity is to bring clarity and confidence in you. To do this activity keep your journal ready. Follow these simple steps:

  • Block some time for yourself (3o mins minimum)
  • Sit comfortably and meditate for 2 mins
  • Review your Dream/Goals List made in Day #5. (If required rewrite them with more clarity)
  • Review your strategy and draw an ACTION PLAN to implement it
  • From today onwards, start reading your top 3 goals every day 

Activity No #2: AFFIRMATION OF THE DAY

Read this affirmation 10 times loudly with full energy. Make it your mobile screensaver, WhatsApp status. Use this Affirmation as many times as possible throughout the day.

Activity No #3: MEDITATION FOR INNER STRENGTH

Do this Powerful Meditation first thing in the morning and again in the evening or at night before going to sleep.

Activity No #4: MAHA MRITYUNJAYA MANTRA

Listen to this Mantra while long meditation or just keep it playing while working so that the vibration of the mantra creates more positive energies around you. You can also tune in to this mantra while sleeping.

You may also tune into the SANJIVANI MANTRA Video given on Day #8. At this challenging time listening to this mantra will greatly help you and your family stay strong, positive, safe and healthy.
