TYPE OF MEDITATION
There are so many types of meditation and people practice them as per their knowledge, exposure, experience, teachers, goals, etc. In this video, we will not discuss each and every type of meditation.
We will learn about the 4 main types of meditation. Yesterday, in Day #7 you have learned how to meditate correctly and effectively as a beginner.
You have also learned that meditation is the most effective tool of manifestation in the Law of Attraction. It has tons of benefits that help you in so many ways that are beyond your imagination. Today also we have mentioned 7 Scientifically proven benefits of meditation.
You must make meditation a part of your life. Block some significant time in a day specially for meditation. You may start with 10 mins. If you are a regular meditator, you must have been giving time as per your experience and wisdom.
It is also an important part of this program because this will give you calm, strength and stability in the time of uncertainty and fear.
Today’s activities are the same as Day #7. So here are the activities of Day #8:
Activity No #1: MEDITATION FOR INNER STRENGTH
A calm, stable and positive mind is highly required at this time of fearful, negative and uncertain environment. Do this Powerful 10 minutes meditation once in the morning and again in the evening or at night before going to sleep.
Activity No #2: EXERCISE/YOGA/PRANAYAM
Make it a habit too. Do some activities to stay physically healthy and strong.
Activity No #3: AFFIRMATION
Say this affirmation 5 – 10 times with energy. You can save the image on your phone and read it whenever you want.
Activity No #4: SANJIVINI MANTRA
Listen to this Ancient Miracle Mantra known as Sanjivani Mantra during any time of the day while working or relaxing. You can also tune in to this mantra while sleeping. This is meant to enhance your health, healing and boosting immune power.
