KEEP HOPE AND OPTIMISM

In this fast-changing world, one thing that can make you a winner is your positive and strong mindset. We get devasted by financial loss, uncertain future, loss of loved ones, troubled time like this. However, our resilience makes us shine through difficult times. The main force that won’t let you bend under the weight of the circumstance is hope and optimism.

Hope keeps you going all the time. Positive expectancy and optimism in life take from one place to a better place in life. So this idea of hope and optimism is of paramount importance.

We forget our powers most of the time. Our thinking capability can make us or break us. A thought can make us angry, and the other happy. Think a thought and get sad, think a thought and feel depressed, think a thought and become grateful, think a thought and feel loved, think a thought becomes hopeful.

One thought gives you pain, another thought gives you pleasure. So you always have the power to choose your thought and make yourself happy or sad. Therefore, it is time to choose the right thought. You have to choose hope and optimism over negativity and fear.

Our mind is trained to survive and it keeps on looking for things that are wrong in and around so that it will fight for survival. It is not trained for happiness, being hopeful, being positive. So we have to make an effort to generate these positive thoughts within. That is what we all have been doing together.

In the last 13 days, we have so many activities to be positive and strong. All these powerful tools: MeditationAffirmationVisualisationGratitude, and strategies are meant for that only.

Don’t get engaged or indulged in negative ideas. Focus on your goals. Hope for the best, be optimistic about the future, have positive expectations and use these Law of Attraction Tools for your better future.


Let us proceed further with today’s activities. A positive and strong mindset is the need of the hour. Therefore, today’s Activity #2: FEEL POSITIVE INSTANTLY  is the most important and powerful activity.

Activity No #1: MEDITATION FOR INNER STRENGTH

Do this Powerful Meditation first thing in the morning and again in the evening or at night before going to sleep.

Activity No #2: FEEL POSITIVE INSTANTLY

This is a very powerful practice that you can do whenever you want on a daily basis. Follow these simple steps to feel positive:

  • First, close your eyes
  • Put your hand on your heart
  • Take a deep breath and feel it’s beating
  • Now take a moment and recollect three moments from the past when you felt very happy.
  • Try to feel each moment one by one and be grateful to it as much as you can
  • Once you are done with all the three moments, open your eyes.

This exercise will change your emotions instantly. You will experience extreme joy and happiness from within and forget all the negative emotions like anger, frustration, depression, etc.

This is highly recommended for someone who feels negative, sad and depressed all the time. He or she can do it multiple times a day.

Activity No #3: AFFIRMATION OF THE DAY
