When things are not in your control, you must focus on what you can control. Always remember in situation like this you always have the power to control your state of mind. To keep you in control of your state of mind, we have been doing this Stay Positive Stay Strong Program.

Every day in this program we have been taking one step forward to strengthen our positivity and stay strong physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually strong. In the last couple of days, we have explored the powerful Law of Attraction tools like Meditation, Affirmation, and Visualisation.

And today in this series we are going to learn about the most powerful Law of Attraction tools that can transform your life in 360 degrees. Yes, it is the simplest and powerful tool for personal transformation. GRATITUDE.

When everything around us is uncertain, getting difficult, and scary, gratitude practice help us to believe in this world and believe in humanity. It gives us hope, confidence, and optimism. Because gratitude is the antidote to fear and negativity.

Therefore, today on Day #10, our focus will be to learn:

  • How to practice gratitude
  • How gratitude works as a multiplier in our goal manifestation process

Activity No #1: MEDITATION FOR INNER STRENGTH

Do this Powerful Meditation first thing in the morning and again in the evening or at night before going to sleep.

We give a lot of emphasis on gratitude in all our programs, videos and communications. From today’s onward we ask you to follow these three simple steps on a daily basis to practice gratitude:

  • Be grateful for everything you have received in your life (Past)
  • Be grateful for everything that you are receiving your life (Present)
  • Be grateful for what you want in your life as though you have received it (Future)

You can start with 2 to 5 things in each category. Remember this is just the beginning. If you continue practicing gratitude on a daily basis, you will be, have and de whatever you desire in life.
