You can also start some daily rituals that make you positive and strong mentally, physically, emotionally, or spiritually. Activities like waking up at 5 AM, doing meditation and yoga, pranayam, exercising, etc.

Take advantage of the time in hand. Focus on your relationships and spend quality time together. Plan your day in such a way that you can do some activities that involve togetherness and team play.
