This is an exceptionally difficult time in history and it will stay uncertain till the pandemic reaches a controllable state. Governments and policymakers across the world are taking serious measures to control the spread. This may take time but it will definitely get in control.
People in India and in other global cities are stuck at home. As you can’t fulfill some obligations (related to your job or business) because of this situation. Your finances may affect negatively but it is out of your control. I know this is temporary but it is certain.
Now here onwards, starting from Day #3, we will take you on a journey that will focus on your personal growth and success. The first step in that direction is SELF-DISCIPLINE.
The world outside seems to be unpredictable but your inner world will remain the same to those who are driven by positivity and inner strength.
Take control of your life. Do what is possible for you to stay in control and stop worrying about what is not possible to control at your end. Train your mind to shift your focus towards what you can do.
And it is possible when
· Bring some order in your life
· You stay disciplined
· Train your mind to stay calm and focused
· Be positive and strong
So use this time in creating a life of strength, power, resilience, and fulfillment.
Today, block some time exclusively for yourself. Follow the steps given below:
Activity No #1: KNOW YOURSELF FIRST
· Take some deep breath to relax (min 1 mins)
· A quick meditation or sit silently (min 2 mins)
· Think about your personal and professional goals
· Note them down in your journal
Activity No #2: RAISE YOUR STANDARD
You have been conditioned to perform certain tasks in a certain way. And so it is manifested in your present condition. Now think and your goals and write down the habits and actions that are:
· Helping you to achieve your goals
· Holding you back from achieving your goals
Based on this list come with an action plan that will help you to achieve your goals and get rid of the habits and actions that are holding you back.
Activity No #3: MAKE A PLAN OR STRATEGY
Based on the inputs from the above two steps, make a plan or build a strategy to achieve your goals. Strategies are proven ways of working to get results.
· It gives you focus and direction to do what you really need to do so that you can achieve your goals.
· Create a roadmap to proceed and not drift into procrastination
All the above steps are very important to follow with a free and focused mindset. That is why we give a structured plan for all the participants in our paid programs. So that participants will proceed step by step to achieve their goals.
Apart from the above three activities, you’ll continue to Meditation and Affirmation that you have been doing so far.
Activity No #4: GUIDED MEDITATION
Do this meditation once in the morning and again in the evening or at night before going to sleep.
Activity No #5: AFFIRMATION
Say this affirmation 5 – 10 times with energy.
You can save the image on your phone and read it whenever you want.
This will help you to keep your Mind & Body healthy and strong.
You Must Note That:
· This is just the beginning and you must follow these steps sincerely
· Take your own time. There is no time restriction
· If you think you can do it all of a sudden, then you may be proved wrong. Unless you are already aligned with your goals.
Therefore, be kind to yourself and take it slowly. Step by step. You must spend the next few weeks building some habits and rituals that support your plans and strategies above.
Start training yourself to prepare your mind and body for a change, challenge, and opportunities your way. And self-discipline is the key to achieving your objective.
