This made us stay at home for our own safety and for the safety of others. So that we can stop the pandemic from spreading.
In this uncomfortable moment, it is extremely important to have optimism and hope, build inner strength, and spiritual power to protect ourselves and the world.
That is why we have created this 21 Days Program to STAY POSITIVE and STAY STRONG. Win over your fears and utilise this time for your self-growth and self-development.
So that when this period is over:
- You will see yourself in a much comfortable position
- You have an extra edge over others
- You are highly positive, motivated, focused and productive
- You are ready to go for opportunities
- You are well-prepared to take on the challenges
All this possible, when you dedicate your time, energy and sincere attention to build your Inner Power, Enhance Your Positive Vibration and Make Yourself Mentally, Emotionally, Physically and Spiritually Strong.
So in these 21 days, we will guide you through a process that will re-program your mind to stay positive and strong.
Every day we will suggest you follow some activities that will strengthen your belief and infuse positive energy in you.
Without further delay let us start with today’s activities:
Activity No #1: TAKE AN OATH
Let us take an oath to act responsibly, protect ourselves and others by social distancing, follow self-discipline, support the Government and Health Advisory and most importantly use this time productively for self-development.
Activity No #2: MEDITATE DAILY FOR INNER STRENGTH
Since immunity is the most important thing at this point in time. So doing this 10 Minutes Powerful Guided Meditation will help you boost your positivity, immunity, health, and vitality from inside.
Do this powerful meditation two times a day. Do it right now and you can do the same one more time in the evening or before you go to sleep.
Activity No #3: AFFIRMATION OF THE DAY
Read this affirmation for 5 times loudly with full energy.
Repeat this affirmation as many times as possible in the day. Whenever you get time, say this affirmation again and again.
Activity No #4: ADD PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES IN YOUR DAILY ROUTINE
You must start doing some physical exercise, yoga, pranayama, stretching or some kind of physical activities that will help you to stay physically healthy and active.
It is totally a personal choice. You may do one activity or a combination of activities. You can do it once in the morning or twice a day (Morning & Evening).
