Can I apply the weight Loss affirmation for weight gain?
I’ am forever skinny and under weight for my age since childhood until my adult stage. Put on little weight then I drop but not to the extent of my expectation. Some people say that it is hereditary. I accepted that for sometime but still believe or have a strong feeling that there is hope to gain my ideal weight, not sure about height, hehee… I really need your guidance/advice on how to gain weight.

I thank you for the 21 days free program, I am giving it a try and I’m day 12 now, no magical events happened yet but I know it’s early, I am thankful I came across it and thankful to you for it.
I wanted to ask a questions in mind for a while, I am an Arabic speaker, but I learned to speak English at the age of 23, I am now 34, and I speaks fluent English, in fact, I feel much more comfortable speaking and writing in English specially when it comes to affirmations.
My question is, should I speak to my subconscious mind (affirmations) in Arabic or English ? Should I translate the affirmations for better results? My logic is, my subconscious mind would absorb Arabic better because I grew up speaking Arabic, but I am more comfortable speaking and writing in English.
By the way, none of the Low of attraction programs that I went through touch on this point.

Whichever language you are comfortable in will work. You mind has no problem with the language .. the more comfortable you are with the language consciously .. the more comfortable is the subconscious also.

After understanding LOA thru your challenge, I started applying in life, last one month I started going to gym almost regularly ( which I did not do for last 10 yrs) and I have lost 2.5 kgs with normal diet. I am sure I will reach my ideal wgt very shortly.
