WIN YOUR DAY WITH POSITIVE MORNING RITUALS

Everything is possible if we do the right thing. To do so we promised ourselves on Day #1 of this Stay Positive Stay Strong Program that we dedicate our time, energy and sincere attention to build our inner power and enhance our positivity.

Last week we learned many powerful Law of Attraction tools like MeditationAffirmation, Visualisation, Gratitude, etc. Now, this week we will use these tools in a more systematic way so that it will be more effective.

First, refer to your Self-Improvement Plan developed in Day #5. You know the key to have a positive, stable and strong mindset is your daily rituals. And to win your day you must have a great start in the morning. Therefore, your Morning Rituals are very very important in sharping the course of your day.

So How Do You Win Your Day?

If you start your day purposeless or with a fearful or depressing thought then this mood is likely to carry through the day and will hamper your output badly. However, planning an effective morning ritual can set the tone of the day positively and bring better results.

That is why Tony Robbins says “The tools for success are available to those who know how to reach them.”

WINNING MORNING RITUALS

There are so many things you can do in your morning routine as a Law of Attraction practitioner. But these are the MUST do activities that you must do on a daily basis to let the Law of Attraction work for you and keep your vibration high to manifest your desire.

Let us proceed further with today’s activities. You can use these steps are your WINNING DAILY RITUALS.

Activity No #1: MEDITATION FOR INNER STRENGTH

Do this Powerful Meditation first thing in the morning and again in the evening or at night before going to sleep.

Activity No #2: GRATITUDE PRACTICE

Start practicing gratitude on a daily basis. Follow three simple steps to practice gratitude:

  • Be grateful for everything you have received in your life (Past)
  • Be grateful for everything that you are receiving your life (Present)
  • Be grateful for what you want in your life as though you have received it (Future)

Write down 2 to 5 points in each category. Continue this practice and experience positive transformation.

Activity No #3: AFFIRMATION OF THE DAY
