FOCUS ON YOUR GOALS
Given the situation in front of us, our primary focus is to have a positive and strong mindset. So that we will not get influenced negatively and would focus on what is important in life. The current situation clearly not conducive but there is an opportunity to prepare ourselves for future challenges.
Considering the central theme of the program, all the tools and strategies provided in this program are meant to make you physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually strong. Even everyday activities are designed in such a way that it will keep you positive and strong.
While we focus on enhancing inner strength, we must focus on our goals as well. Because ultimately we have been working for a purpose in life. For some, it may be their personal goals and for many, it may be their professional goals.
So in today’s lesson, we will focus on our Goals and How to Achieve Them. We suggest you think about your goals again. Watch this video as it helps you to understand many important aspects of goal setting and manifestation.
It is also addressing one very important question. As many people ask this question: “Should I Focus on one goal or multiple goals while using the Law of attraction? So here we go:
The Law of Attraction is always working for you but you must know how to apply it for the manifestation of your goals. You must make all your dreams come true using the law of attraction.
Let us proceed further with today’s activities. As you are aware of the seriousness of the situation outside, our focus in this program to build your inner strength and help you to have a positive mindset. Therefore, stress is a positive habit like Mediation and Positive Mantra which is the need of the hour. And Activity #2 & 3 focusing on today’s theme: FOCUS ON YOUR GOALS.
Activity No #1: MEDITATION FOR INNER STRENGTH
Do this Powerful Meditation first thing in the morning and again in the evening or at night before going to sleep.
Activity No #2: FOCUS ON YOUR GOALS
Start practicing gratitude on a daily basis. Follow three simple steps to practice gratitude:
- First of all refer your notes of Day #5: Self-Improvement Goals
- Now you learned all the core Law of Attraction Tools: Meditation, Affirmation, Visualisation, Gratitude, etc. Try to make part of your strategy
- Review your Morning Rituals from Day #12 and modify it as per your goals based on today’s review
- Start implementing this plan
Always remember goals creation and revision of goals and its strategy is a continuous process. It helps to identify your real goals and build the right strategy.
